Overview
Corrective Action in ISO 14001:2015 focuses on addressing actual or potential nonconformities within the Environmental Management System (EMS) by identifying their root causes and implementing actions to prevent recurrence.
Corrective Action is a key element of Clause 10.2 (Nonconformity and Corrective Action) and supports the continual improvement of environmental performance in line with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach.
