Terms and Conditions

Commercial Terms

1. Any increase in GOLD PATH cost due to change in applicable law, tax rates etc. shall be solely to the account of Client. The current SST rate is 8%. If there is a decrease on the tax, GOLD PATH will impose a reduction rate accordingly.
2. All charges are stated exclusive of withholding taxes, if any. Accordingly, GOLD PATH shall gross-up the Charges to factor-in the impact of withholding taxes, wherever applicable.
3. Any specific hardware, software and / or tools, necessary for the provision of Services shall be provided by Client.
4. There is no provision for any additional hardware, software or tools needed for this project. However, where parties agree specifically in writing that GOLD PATH shall be responsible for the same, GOLD PATH shall invoice the cost for provision of such assets additionally.
5. Any other specific training to client or variation order which is required to be undertaken shall be charged separate.
6. Customer shall provide the confirmation of registration to GOLD PATH at least 2 – 3 weeks in advance.
7. Any training less than 3 pax, GOLD PATH reserves the right to postpone / cancel the training. GOLD PATH will inform customer 1-2 week in advance.
8. All pricing, content, and structure herein are proprietary to Gold Path Sdn. Bhd. and may not be used, replicated, or distributed for competitive or commercial purposes. Any breach may result in legal action.
9. The pricing provided herein constitutes a confidential and special commercial offer specific to this quotation only. Gold Path Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to review and adjust pricing for any future enquiries or quotations.

Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is confirmed, the customer is obligated to fulfill all scheduled sessions.
• Cancellation of any sessions after order confirmation is not permitted, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
• In the event that the customer cancels any scheduled session with less than three (3) weeks' notice before the scheduled session date, the customer shall be liable for payment equivalent to the cost as per the confirmed quotation.
