Overview
This two-day program is inspired by The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and is designed to help participants understand the science of habits. Through interactive exercises, self-assessments, and practical strategies, participants learn to build positive habits, break negative ones, and apply habit principles to enhance personal and team performance.
