Program Overview
Colour is often seen as a style choice — but in reality, it is both a leadership and wellness tool. It impacts moods and others’ perception directly. In this interactive session, participants discover how colour influences perception, emotion, confidence, and trust in the workplace. The program starts with an experiential exploration of how others see us versus how we see ourselves, helping participants understand how to dress with intention.
Participants will then engage in a guided DIY Four-Season Colour Analysis to identify their personal colour direction, confidently choosing outfits, makeup, and hair colours that align with their best colours and intended professional message. Practical demonstrations show how to mix and match colours effectively for the workplace, making the learning immediately applicable.
