In this workshop, each participant is exposed to various methods to communicate effectively every time. The program simplifies the DISC personalities profile into the C.O.L.O.U.R.S. communication system, empowering leaders and teams to recognize individual uniqueness, leverage behavioral tendencies, adapt to diverse styles, and establish seamless accountability across team structures.
Course Objectives
- Gain awareness of personality profiling frameworks such as DISC and Zoom into DISC Colours (Red, Yellow, Green, Blue).
- Leverage each other's COLOURS communication tendencies to foster team collaboration.
- Apply G.R.I.P.S. effective communication for high-performing team alignment and execution.
- Adapt communication styles to manage rational responses and build dynamic team balance.
- Incorporate color-based insights into confidence posture, public speaking, and impactful presentations.
- Establish clear individual accountability to ensure project goals are aligned without leaving anyone behind.
Methodology
The program incorporates dynamic interactive learning, highly practical and implementable methods such as games, video clips, powerful questions, World Café discussions, and case studies. Participants engage in real-world scenarios, group proposals, accountability pairing, and receive feedback and guidance to ensure learning is directly applied in day-to-day operations.
